Update...

Well, I think I'm making real good progress on this, it has been 3 weeks since I started. The arches are not sewn together yet as this will allow for parts swapping as it progresses.

PS...Grandma is now in Chicago

oh your quilt is awesome! I'm such a big fan of anything handmade and I really envy people that can knit/quilt/etc. I've tried a few times but I'm no good, but some of my friends are really good at it. One of my friends has actually give given a post-graduate grant to travel the world and study the knitting patterns from peoples in different countries all over. She's already planning on studying in Peru, Argentina, Scotland, and India, but who knows where she'll end up! Who would have guessed that there was money out there for that sort of stuff!? Happy Quilting! I'm sure it will turn out to be fabulous

That quilt is going tjo be gorgeous!! I have attempted the Karen Stone quilts but I just can't get that curved piecing down the way I want to!

Love the cleaning of your sewing room as well! Gret job! there's nothing better than a clean sewing room that needs to be messed up again! ;o)
