The Sun Trust National Marathon was held yesterday in Washington DC, there were almost 8000 participants.

Here's Jim (yellow shirt)at the 5 mile mark...below is Dan (Forrest) at the same mile.
Dan (white shirt) at the finish, with a time of 4 hours, Jim dropped out of the race at mile 7, due to problems with his I T band.
